Bring your own iOS/iPadOS app to Vision Pro. How?

Hi,

Perhaps one of you can help me. I would like to install a self-developed iOS/iPadOS app (which we have developed in our small company) on the Apple Vision Pro. However, the iOS/iPadOS app is not displayed in the Apple App Store.

My question: What are the requirements for an iOS/iPadOS app to be installed on the Apple Vision Pro?
Or can I somehow transfer an IPA file to the AVP using the Apple Configurator? If so, how?

All iPad apps become available to VisionOS by default unless the developer specifically opts-out of VisionOS compatibility.
