Broken Iphone 3gs speaker

Ok, I know the difference between the mic and speaker at the bottom of my iphone but really my speaker really doesnt work on my phone. What should I do? If anyone kno how to fix it or any directions on how to replace it, Can someone please help me!? Thank You.

Broken speaker on phone that is less than 1 year old?
Take it to Apple, let them repair or replace the device.
