I recently bought a new Scion Xb and it came with an ipod specific connector for direct connection to my stereo, instead of the normal jacks which go through the headphone jack. Well everything was fine and dandy until the other day it didnt recognize my ipod. The jack on the bottom is loose or something because it only recognizes my ipod when I hold it tight. Does anyone know if there is something I can do to fix this?

I'd make sure that your iPod behaves normally with other docks and if so, log a service call with Dr. Scion. You did say it was new and this should be a warranty issue. Toyota is pretty good about these things during your warranty period.

Good luck!:)
