Broken jailbroke phone

I jailbroke my phone and I is now broken...I have a Verizon insurance plan
1.)will the jailbreak void the insurance?
2.)will a restore and register as new void all jailbreak traces
3.)if not what should I do
4.)will they even check. The phone. Jail broken
5.)can I sync my jail broken phone to get my photos and contacts before I reset it now? Or will the jailbreak mess it up

Sorry I'm not good at jail breaking or I'm new and thanks ahead of time

Back up your phone on iTunes as normal then restore and set up as new and you'll be fine

Yeah I'm getting a new one.,,have you ever gotten a new phone with them, if so how long is the paper work and I overnight shipping really overnight or what thanks for the help though

Yes, every replacement I got from Apple looked brand new and worked perfect.
The replacement came from fedex and it was very fast.
I dont know about getting a replacement from that insurance company, never dealt with them before.
