Broken logic board cpu pins!!

If just few bent pins, you may fix them physically (carefully). Definitely not an easy job, but possible.
If the whole pin is fell off (but just 1 or 2 pins). The socket may still works. But it will be very depends on which pin is broken. For some pins, you may simply lost a RAM slot. Some other pin may cause the socket completely useless. And if you are lucky enough to just break the reserved pins, your socket may work without any noticeable issue.

This socket is not economically replaceable, cost of this will be a lot more than the price of an used backplane on eBay, just replace it.But i am having trouble with this pins
Remember that you have to buy a 2009 one. Do not buy one from a 2010/2012 Mac Pro, SMC mismatch.
Does it differ if the backplane single cpu or dual? I have a single cpu mac pro i can replace the backplane from that one.
No difference, backplane is the same for a Single or Dual Xeon Mac Pro.
Take photos of the LBSN label, if later you want to change the serial of the replacement backplane to the same of the case.Okay, thanks
If you are going to have the all trouble of removing the backplane from the single one to replace the damaged one into the dual Mac Pro, do the whole caboodle.
Isnt it better to just move the cpu tray and hdd pcie cards etc to single cpu machine?
A lot easier, no doubt. Buy a replacement 2009 backplane on eBay.
How should i change cpu tray’s serial to new case that i put in or backplane’s (if i decide ti buy one)
You don't.
Take a photo of the backplane MLB label and the ESN label from the case, install the replacement backplane into the case, do a BootROM dump and then PM me the photos and the dump.

If it work, don't touch it.
I wouldn't trust it. I'd spend the time / money to replace the mainboard or swap everything to the other system. IMO you're risking an unstable system which, according to Murphy, will fail at the most inopportune time.I have found a way to work with !!

That is definitely true . Will look for it but now i am just gonna go with for a time.
