Broken Mac - software

Hello,recently-I-bought-a-Mac-but-I-can-not-make-space-while-writing-Text-and-I-Have-Blue-Markings-All-Over-It.-is-my-macbook-broken?-Should-I-return-it-to-the-store-as-its-unusable? I-cant-use-it. all-over-it-its-blue-this-what-you-see.. View attachment 2364713

Not sure but a quick Google suggests you may have Full Keyboard Access enabled in Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard. It should not be enabled normally. Here is my Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard:

Thanks, that was alredy turned off but I turned of in the keyboard settings more options than that - some shortcuts. THANKS!
