Broken Magic mouse 2?

Hello,I am a pc user never used macbook or imac before (macbook pro on the way) 3 days ago i found a good deal and bought an apple magic mouse 2 with magic keyboard.Anyways today i tried to gave a try and connect it to my pc with a tool.But i cant get use to the mouse.I mean its really hard to click on something on the screen ,i have to move the mouse from head part to move it correctly.I want to ask is this how it works or something wrong either with the mouse or the tool?

Next question - does your PC have Thunderbolt 3? There were serious problems with version 1 and 2 which may present challenges in charging etc. Look at this:-

i did used that tool and i paired the device with bluetooth here is a video to show better:
