Designed specifically for the iPad, Browser Duo takes advantage of the iPad's amazing screen size to enable multi-tasking in the browser.

- Watch a movie or video clip while browsing the internet simutaneously
- Perfect for shopping and comparing price or product specs side by side
- Browse while staying connected to your favorite social networking site
- Surf in Full Screen mode making the entire screen a gigantic web browser
- Surf Side by Side (Landscape) or Top and Bottom (Portrait)
- Universal address bar provides more screen real-estate for browsing
- Type a URL or search term into the Smart Address bar and let Browser Duo do the rest
- In app bookmarking, including favorites and home page designation
- Many free updates to come based on user feedback!

We look forward to hearing from you as you receive your devices and be sure to check out Browser Duo on April 3rd!

Huh this is interesting and may be cool. Would like to try the 'tabs' in Safari first, but I can think of many instances where the split window would come in handy...

Don't wait too late because it's 50% off for a limited time only ;)

Just downloaded it.. It's "ok." I mean it works as advertised- I downloaded the paid version.. What I don't like is that certain sites recognize the iPad as a mobile device such as facebook.. I like safari better for this reason.. Facebook works fine as full computer/laptop loaded page..

phillyred79, this is on Facebook's end that they are not doing the proper recognition, however there are ways around this that we can include in an update until Facebook resolves their browser detection logic. Most sites properly recognize Browser Duo as an iPad based browser and load their content normally (ie. CNN, Engadget, Google .... etc.)

In the meantime, you can very easily tap on the "Full Site" link at the bottom of the screen, and even bookmark the url so you avoid having to click the link. The URL is: http://www.facebook.com/login.php?m2w

Below is an example of the full site running in Browser Duo.

More importantly, the point being with Browser Duo is you can remain logged in to Facebook (for example) and see all of the activity going on in one browser pane while you do something else in the other. In a sense, this helps get around the current lack of multi-tasking on the iPad.

Everyone, thanks for the feedback!

We are about to release the first update which is going to include some nice enhancements.

Appreciate the support!

Do you have any images of the app with the bookmarks section open? Also does it have a bookmarks toolbar on top and if so do you have images of that. Can it import bookmarks from safari?

Hey nippyjun, here is a brief screen of what bookmarks looks like in the current version. It is a very simple concept in Browser Duo. You can map any web site to the home button by tapping "Set Home". Add any site as a bookmark and the site will automatically be added to Browser Duo's bookmarks database. Favorites are for the sites you visit most. Favorites are automatically prioritized to the top of your bookmarks list for quick access and are indicated with a star icon. We are currently working on a means for importing bookmarks for a future version along with other enhancements to Bookmarks.

Hope this helps.
