Now this is a good app but it need better way to get into full screen mode. I wish i could close a tab and then reopen it like you you do on the desktop. I look forward to the update.

There is the normal mode with 2 windows open, and there is full screen mode. Both are nice for what they do. Is there a normal browser view, one window with toolbar? I like the app, but at times I want only one window, but not full screen with no back/forward. Maybe I just don't see where to change to this mode.
Also, is there a way to import bookmarks?
Nice app though, thanks.

Thanks for all of the great feedback!

flyguy206/jjk454ss, good news - the update we are working on will give you the functionality you mention (ability to close/minimize a tab) and will be available really soon!

FWW, we moved categories in the App Store from Utility to Productivity and I'm wonder if that change was taking place at the same time you were attempting to purchase the app. Please try again and let us know if it cooperates this time.

Looking forward to the update. What about running it with one open page, but with the toolbar? Am I just missing how I would do that?

I was looking for an answer to my last question when I realized there are two threads about Browser Duo. I thought my post was deleted or something. Anyway, I also still want to know if I can import bookmarks as well.

jjk454ss, I apologize for the thread confusion this was accidental. I will copy and paste the explanation on how bookmarks is currently working. Keep in mind we have multiple updates planned and the functionality will continue to improve with user feedback.

Here is a brief screen of what bookmarks looks like in the current version. It is a very simple concept in Browser Duo. You can map any web site to the home button by tapping "Set Home". Add any site as a bookmark and the site will automatically be added to Browser Duo's bookmarks database. Favorites are for the sites you visit most. Favorites are automatically prioritized to the top of your bookmarks list for quick access and are indicated with a star icon. We are currently working on a means for importing bookmarks for a future version along with other enhancements to Bookmarks.

Hope this helps.

OK, thanks for the reply. The bookmarks work great, I just have a ton and importing would be nice. I look forward to the update.

What about the one browser window with toolbar? Or can you only have two windows or full screen without toolbar? I know this would be like safari, but if you could then switch to two window mode or fullscreen when you needed, that would be nice. I love the fullscreen mode, but to go back a page is nit real smooth when you have to go back to the two window mode.

Transitioning from 2 browser panes to 1 while retaining the address bar will be an available option in the first update along with some other nice enhancements and fixes. Will keep you posted as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime we truly appreciate the excellent feedback and are pleased you are enjoying our Browser Duo product!
