Is there a dashboard browser anywhere? There's a webpage that has a webcame that I would like to always see and the best way to do this would be through the easiness of Dashboard. So is there anyway to get a browser into Dashboard? Thanks.

I have no experience with it, but I do occasionally use its bigger brother (and that seems pretty good).
