Hello,
I am looking for a browser application for iPod Touch that would be able to keep the web pages in memory so as to be accessible off-line. Simply opening the pages I want to consult off-line in a separate tab doesn’t work, for they load only when online, otherwise a blank page is displayed.
Any ideas are welcome.

You could use Safari and add pages you want to your reading list.

Everything is then available for offline use except when videos are embedded.

This just doesn't work. I've never been able to read a safari page offline from Safari's reading list in ios6 or ios7. What am I doing wrong. Or is this another feature only available in USA?

I can confirm that it works outside of USA. I can add pages to the Reading List on my Mac and a moment later they are available on my WiFi iPad Mini.

It should work directly on your iPod Touch, too, simply by tapping on the Share button and choosing Add To Reading List.
