Hi, sorry for the questions, I haven't used a mac since 1994...
Anyway, it seems when I scroll up and down on firefox, it lags alot, and even when I play flash movies it lags at some points? Also in photoshop cs, the paintbrush has a bit of a delay... Is there a way to fix this, I know my computer isn't slow. Its a new imac G5 with 2 GB of memory and a 2 ghz processor...someone please help me cause its getting on my nerves :(

For smoother scrolling, try installing the SuperScroll extension to firefox:

For an increase in firefox's performance, try tips on the following page (also read the comments):

As for Photoshop, check the preferences and just look to see if all looks right to you. Next, is your hard drive anywhere near full? That could negatively affect performance. If all is well, perhaps that is just the way that program works on your computer. Consider trying the free 30 day trial of Photoshop CS2 to see if the problem persists.
