I don't know if this is the right place but I primarily use chrome but I've noticed on safari too that every once in a while I'll be scrolling down a web page and it will not longer allow me to scroll all the way down or it will be cut off with a gray box like thing and unable to click on the page like links and images on iOS 11
 
5B2446D8-E195-459F-81D4-2E47070DA6C4.png as you can see under view more that area is all gray this usually happens when I have more than one page open and I haven't been to the page for a couple minutes and it refreshes I can scroll down but see nothing beyond the view more the temporary fix is to close the app via all running apps and then it's ok sometime too if it happens on Google I can't open links and I can't just reload the pages as it still has the gray area

Very strange! Can’t say I’ve ever come across on any device or any version of iOS (and Safari is by far my most used app)

Hopefully someone who has an answer can chime in.
