Hi Guys,

I just moved into a new shared house in London.

I started having connection problems that I have never exprienced before.
There is a BT Broadband home hub in the new house and everytime I try to connect I get the 'Self Assigned IP Address' notification and I can't go any further.

I'm 100% positive that there is nothing wrong with either the home hub or my airport as there are 3 other people using the same network (windows laptops) and I was using my iMac up untill last week with no issue whatsoever.

I've tried every 'solutions' i could find on internet - from restarting router to putting '$' before the wireless passcode to no avail.

I also noticed I have the same problem with my iPhone 4, it shows that I'm connected to the network but never show the wireless icon.

I'm using iMac 27" with Mac OS X 10.6.4

Any help is much appreciated.

P.S. I have two networks on home hub (BTOpenZone and Wireless network), I have no problem connecting to BtOpenZone but just the normal home network.
