BTO 15" MacBook Pro from reseller???

I'm trying to buy a 15" MBP with the 160GB, 7200rpm drive and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anywhere else to buy it with those specs other than the apple store. I've tried macmall and they just sell the stock system. I would really rather order it from somewhere other than the apple store b/c with the apple store I have to pay taxes. Unless there is some way to get around paying the taxes. Any ideas?

BTO is from the mothership. All resellers have are stock configs.

That is not True. Certainly here in Ireland we can BTO any machine you want. ask any apple reseller.
