Had to laugh at the irony of 'the pocket watch' reward.

So lets get this straight......
The reason for the Apple watch is as a notification device - so that you don't have the inconvenience of removing your phone from your pocket when you get a message etc.? Now some fashionista dumb ass thinks that keeping that same notification device in your other pocket is a good idea? so lets get this straight, someone sends me a text, so my phone vibrates in my right pocket, I then have to pull out my watch from my left pocket to see what the notification is, I then find I have to send a detailed response so I put my watch back into my left pocket and then pull out my phone from my right pocket to respond........... All in the name of fashion.

edit:
I do like the pendants though!

If it was cheap, I would use a pocket watch with flip out cover to a formal event. It would just be a one time thing. Maybe only if it had a short chain that went into a vest pocket.

Think of all other things we do for fashion. But I would never do that on a regular basis, just a one or twice a life type thing.

And let's not forget, due to the Apple Watch security, you have to enter your 4 digit code to look at the notification because the watch wasn't on your wrist.

I do like the pocket watch as a novelty, but I would have the watch on my wrist 99% of the time. Even before the Apple Watch I always wore a watch.

Thanks Coldsweat,
I have to say I agree with you about the inconvenience of the pocket watch. It's a cool idea though, and I agree with the sentiment that it would be doable and fun for special occasions. On the pendants though, they're on to something. Several colleagues saw it (all women) and they loved the necklaces.

Thanks for the feedback.
