Budget Youtube Setup - Tripod + Camera

Hi,
Soooo many options out there it's easy to get lost. Can someone give me specific equipment from Amazon that I can buy to get started. I just want to be able to record good quality videos of me talking and of me demonstrating on my iPad.

So I'm thinking I need -

1. Tripod for my iPhone 11/ Ipad pro AND OR Logitech webcam
2. Maybe a better budget camera for the recording
3. Tripod that allows down - what I mean is the typical video looking down someone using an iPad

Any help please?!
