A weird bug I came across: Clicking on a folder within your dock (like Downloads) will turn hiding on for the dock, even if it was turned off the second before. This is after a fresh install of Mountain Lion for a 2008 Mac Pro. It's very confusing for my father. Weirdly enough, this issue isn't affecting anyone else in my family (my MacBook Retina and my mother's 2009 13" MacBook Pro).

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there an option I've accidentally enabled?

That's not how it works in my installation of ML on a 2011 iMac. Good luck; maybe if you deleted the prefs since it doesn't seem to be saving them.

Same happens to me

Hi CFOss,

Same is happening to me since I installed Office 2011. I've been playing with my new Mac for one week, and didn't happen even once, and after I installed Office 2011 started to happen a lot.
Did you also install recently Office 2011?

Anyone else?
