Bug during a folder copy…

Good evening



After connecting my Ipad to my Mac I select "Shared apps" in Itunes and I drag and drop a folder of Pinnacle pro files on an external drive.

It starts well but after a while I get an error: "impossible to continue: problem due to 2 files".

I had thought of opening this folder to drag and drop the files manually but this folder does not open.

Can someone advise me?

I don’t recall what section you are touching here but browse the folder instead of drag and drop.
Also, some third party programs like iMazing im using offer slightly better utility than iTunes.

I can't open this folder in the "share apps" Itunes interface…
