Hi,

I purchased my first iPad ever (9.7" Pro) and everytime I click on the cloud symbol to install an app that I already purchased on my iPhone (both 10.3.3 Beta 1), I get the following notification and nothing happens:

Is this just a (beta) bug? Does anyone know a workaround other than using iTunes?

Or is it even only me? :(

Congrats on the new iPad! One suggestion would be going to the "purchased" tab in the AppStore and downloading your purchased apps that way.

Have you tried logging out and back in? Settings - Your Profile (option at the top with your picture) - iTunes & App Store

Then try again.

When in doubt, logout, reboot, login. Also, are you clicking cloud icon from app store or updates list?

I deleted the News app from my iPad, and there was no way to get it back. I finally called Apple's support. The first person claimed that this would be, of course, possible and let me repeat everything that I had done already before - no success (of course).

He finally passed me on to a senior support person, and that guy told me right away that the only possibility to get the News app back would be to delete all content and settings from my iPad and set it up as a new iPad (without restoring from a backup). Then, he said, all the usual Apple apps would get installed again. I have not done this yet, but this might also be the way you (Erdbeertorte) have to go.

Possibly you then can also download your previously purchased apps.

Another possibility could be to synchronize these apps via iTunes to your iPad (after first synchronizing your iPhone with all apps to iTunes).

You may want to tap OK and wait for a few seconds. Sometimes it takes forever to start downloading.
