Bug in ios 11,brigthnes in screen????

I adjust the brightness in screen on my 7 plus to over half on the line but everytime i close the phone it jumps to same lower setting automaticaly, whats wrong??

No everything is off but i dont have the menu for autobrightnes at all?

It’s under General - Accessibility - Display.
