Today I took some photos and 1 video on my iPhone 8. Came to my computer and plugged the USB in and transferred them to my MacBook. For some reason the video would not play, and neither would any video in my library play. I then had to quit photos and re-launch it again. I received no error message but definitely a BUG. After the re-launch of Photos videos play again.
