BUG: iPad Pro 9,7 wifi cannot reboot.

Anyone with this iPad and a computer at hand could confirm? Yesterday I rebooted my iPad since it was lagging and got stuck on the apple logo forever until it ran out of battery. Today I restore it and I was downloading apps but one send it to crash, I tried to reboot and the same happened.

Anyone can confirm this?

I have a 9.7 Pro wifi and have no problem rebooting
