iPhone Bug: keeps making copies of documents folder

Does anybody else have this bug. It just keeps making copies of the documents folder inside of iCloud and if you delete them it makes more. It sometimes does it with other folders that I have in my favorites as well but document seems to be the worst. There’s also no way to remove them from favorites because they keep coming back.

Anyone found a way to fix this?

I’m having the same problem with iCloud Drive inside of the Files app. I’m up to “Documents 12” at this point.

Same. Seems to happen whenever I open the Files app on iOS 13.

I thing I found a fix for this. I noticed that when I logged out of iCloud, documents stayed in my favorites and still kept replicating.... so I deleted the files app and reinstalled it witch cleared my favorites... I don’t dare to put documents back in my favorites. That seems to be the problem.

So here are the suggested steps

1) logout of iCloud on all iOS devices with iOS 13
2) delete files apps on all iOS devices with ios13
3) if you have a Mac or device using iOS 12 go to iCloud Drive and delete duplicate folders... make sure that all of your files are in the original document folder. This is best done on a Mac because it will not let you delete the real documents folder.
4) reinstall files app on all iOS 13 devices
5) religion into iCloud
6*) probably not a good idea to add anything to favorites in ios13 for now... if someone wants to test it after doing this prosess you can post the results.

I had the same issue and I cancelled my iCloud subscription and also wiped everything. It’s really unpleasant, but I’m not sure if it’s ios 13 beta related issue because I was trying to delete the files from iCloud.com and it was failing as well.
