Bug: Mounting disk images / CleanMyMac X

I often do get "Resources Busy" by trying to mount downloaded .dmg images in Safari.

Is this an OS X related issue or is it a CleanMyMac X Health Monitor software related issue?

I re-checked the disk images using Disk Utility and they are fine.
