Hi,
So I have Yosemite and iOS 8 since day 1. I have reported nearly 20 reports now through Apple's Bug Reporting system, and I must say I am not surprised at all by the work done by their engineering.
Sometimes, it's as if they're not even reading my reports and don't even click on the pictures I join to show them the problem.
Just an example : I ask for a Feature Request, and a week later they're asking me for crash logs.
Another example that just happened : I report a bug, upload all the crash logs and everything, and then they send me a message asking for the crash logs. All I can do is submit it another time...
Makes me wonder how they do to come up with awesome software like this. Does that also happen to anyone in these forums ? What do you think of the feed-back given by their teams ?
