Bug with ibooks syncing?

Anybody experienced problem with syncing in ibooks?

I'm having a problem where iBooks is not syncing between OS X and iOS. For example if I highlight something in a side loaded ePub on iOS, it will not show up in iBooks on Yosemite (even after manual iTunes sync), but will show up on my other iOS device. The Collections aren't syncing either.

That is the problem I had with 10.10. Did you have iCloud doc activated and iOS8? I don't know if this new feature is applied to ibooks syncing as well.

Yeah 10.10 and iOS 8 with everything activated.

Then it may be bug in the app itself. I thought it had something to do with iCloud doc.
