Why ios 9 don't let you search apps by keyword, before with ios 8, 7 and all versions I could search an app by keyword.

For example if right now I search: calc
I don't get any results, I have to search by the app name ( jumbo plus ) that is a calculator.

The same for all apps for example if I search browser I don't get any results of browser apps and before I could find all browser apps

When people want to search for apps they also try keywords and with older ios version it was possible, because of this I think it is a bug

Yes, I noticed this too. I normally search "Barclays" to bring up their App called "Mobile Banking", but that no longer works in iOS 9 :(

@C DM: no he means searching on your phone i.e. Swipe from the top
