Hi,
I currently need to work sequentially on multiple word documents while having one open the whole time as a template. Usually (e.g. in preview), it is possible to have one document in fullscreen mode in a separate space and when opening another PDF, it will open in a new window in the current space.
With Word, however, new files will always open in the space where the current Word instance is running (when opening the file using finder and not from within Word). This is also true when word is in fullscreen or focus mode: then, a non-fullscreen window will overlay the fullscreen word in the background and it is not easily possible to move the overlaying window to another space.
This seem like a bug to me? Has anyone experienced that before and found a workaround?
Thanks in advance,
Christian
