iPhone Bugged second hand in clock app icon

Hi,

I just noticed a very little strange thing regarding the second hand in the clock app icon. Instead of moving smoothly like it did in the past it now ticks. But: It doesn’t tick in 1 second steps. Instead it ticks 8 times in 5 seconds so I guess that’s clearly not the desired behavior and a bug. Is anyone else also having this bug?
