Buggy screen

Hi there,

MacBook Pro 14inch Model with the latest software installed (12.3.1)

Does anyone know what the reason for the buggy bar at the bottom of the screen could be?
I'm pretty sure that it wasn't there yesterday.

(I'm scrolling on the google page because it is easier to see with bright colours)

No, I've treated this like the holy grail ever since I got it.
No dropping, no liquid, no physical damage. Not even a scratch.

That's why I'm wondering if people have similar problems ?‍♂️
