Man is this thing buggy. Day two of ownership. Had 8 house guests over and demoed my new iPad. Man did it crash a lot. And freeze. And fail to do things I asked of it. All of these things happened when i was showing capabilities in rapid succession - as I moved from app to app. The iPad is def a v1 product. I shouldn't be surprised, but I spent a lot of time covering up for the iPad's bugs.

People were still blown away. But the software is pretty fragile. I know it will get better.

Day 37 of ownership for me. I've never had mine crash or lockup. Maybe you have a some faulty hardware? Might be worth taking it to an apple store.

No - just buggy apps. Some Apple's. Most - 3rd party

I agree you should probably take it to the Apple store to see if there is an issue. Have only had a app or two send me back to home screen but not since they have been updated.

Same here. Since the wifi launch I've had only 2 app crashes and no lockups. If you are getting a lot of crashing, something is wrong. It's definitely not normal.

No bugs, no crashes, no freezes.
