iOS Build an App on your iPhone with Bluetooth

Can you build and run your app from xcode on your iPhone via bluetooth?
 
I thought there was a way, via wi-fi or something so that you can test peripherals plugged into the socket.
 
You can debug over WiFi (added in the 3.1 firmware), not over Bluetooth. I don't know if you can install the app to debug over WiFi though...
