Hi
I have recently decided to build my own desktop, i have found an old G5 mac pro that no longer works, i have ripped out the inside's and now it is just a case. I will need to buy a new mother board for it, and i was looking, could i use AMD CPU with mac OSX or does it have to be Windows, i will want both, also the intel mother boards i keep looking at nearly all have integrated GPU's (under £150) which is why i was looking at AMD, unless i pay slightly more!
I will be looking at spending between (£300-£400) possibly up to £500 if i have to.

So if any one has done this them selves or has any advice, any feedback would be very useful :)

Thanks Will

You'll need an Intel CPU, check out insanelymac.com to see how to build a hackintosh. They're a great resource.
