Does anyone know if the OS running in the iPhone will have the integrated spell-checking that so many OS X apps do.

I'd love to have that built into my email app at the very least.

Sorry if this has already been answered

No one has an iPhone here, they haven't been released. As far as I have read, spell checking has not been brought up. You'll have to wait till the 29th I'm afraid.

Did you seriously write that first part of the response as if I didn't know the iPhone hasn't been released.

I haven't found any literature on spell-checking, just wondering if anyone else had come across some info.

The second part of your response was all that was needed.

Steve did mention that the keyboard would be predictive and corrective, I believe....Therefore, it is kinda like a T9 on a lot of cell phones, and would automatically check spelling as you type it in.....Anyone care to verify what Steve said about the predictive and corrective keyboard, as I MUST get to sleep right now.

Hope that helps a little bit:)
