Built in task app for Android?

Is there a built in task management app for Android that synchs with something else or do you need to download a 3rd party app?

Well different Android phones have different apps installed. I use Tasks on my Mac and Android phone.

Nothing built but maybe Google Drive could be used.

Evernote, and One note are great though.

I'd like a simple way to add tasks whether on my Mac or on my Note2, and also , maybe have a widget display tasks I want to accomplish. I'd like something fairly simple.
