Bullstrap cancelled iPhone 16 PM Case w/o any reason

Disappointed with Bullstrap! Last week BS was running a site wide 20% off and I placed an order for a Terra 16 PM case. They cancelled and refunded the order without any reason (no email / no text).

Did anyone had a similar experience?

Was hoping to get my hands on the new case, however, this incident left a bad taste in the mouth.. I thought BS and their customer support was top notch!

If they still allow you 20% off. While not ideal I think it’s acceptable. If you can’t use the 20% I think that’s messed up

They did NOT. Ordered RL which seems to be of good quality from the photos I've seen in the past years up until now and also cheaper!
