burn imovie without idvd

Hi ! I got ibook G3 with imovie hd and external dvd burner. With imovie 3 I was able to drag my .mov of imovie3 to toast 6 to burn it. But now i upgraded to imovie hd, and now it dosen't work anymore. What can i do ? I want to burn my imovie hd to my external dvd without idvd on my ibook.

still can use toast

drag/drop entire imovie project file into toast 6, or upgrade to toast 7.
both work fine with imovie 5 (imovie hd... yeah this is the year of hd... what a joke)
