i need to burn a file of disk 2 - the orkester disk of propellerhead reason to a disk that i can put in my new macbook to open up the program. how can i do this.

right now i'm going into disk utility and just burning the iso file - not working

do i need a special program? i've looked everywhere and can't find an answer.

thanks

ISO files can be done somehow, but I don't remember what it is, as ISO files are generally not a common Macintosh file format. This may mean your file is for a PC. It's hard to guess what you mean by "to a disk that I can put in my new macbook to open up the program"

There are a bunch of other shareware/freeware disk burning programs on VersionTracker such as DiscBlaze and LiquidCD. Give them a whirl. Let me know if it helps.
