I've just installed El Capitan on my MacBook Pro. So far, so good, but I noticed that I can no longer burn disc images in disc utility. I still have a lot of disc images from over the years. I'd like to burn more. How can I do it in El Capitan, or will I have to use only FCP X to burn did now? Thanks

You just right-click the image in Finder and the option will appear in the menu.

And it will burn the actual ISO/DMG/etc as it's supposed to, and not just as a file on a disk. ;)

It's weird at first, but the one step process has been great so far.
