iPod burning playlist to cd-r

Help burned playlist to cd-r it burned to cd and plays on my mac but when i try to play on vehicle cd player or other cd player it will not play cannot understand this.
 
Are you burning it as a CD-A (Audio) disc? Most car stereos won't play MP3 discs.
