We have a FamilyTalk Plan that gets a business discount of 23% on the original $70/mo, but each line ($10/mo) and texting and stuff isn't discounted. I just activated my iPhone and it told me that the discount wouldn't apply to the account. Fine, I knew that, so I clicked continue. It said it needed a few more min to activate the phone and would email me when it was done. Fine. Then I realized something: I took that message to mean that the 23% wouldn't apply to the $20/mo, which was fine. In retrospect, I realized it may have meant that the discount wouldn't apply to the whole account, ie the $70/mo. That would be bad, because it would cost an extra $200/yr, which I can't afford. Did I screw up? Is there some way around this?
