Other Buy iPhone in US for UK

Hi all,

I'm in the US for the next few weeks and was thinking of buying an iPhone Xs here, rather than at home in the UK, as it is much cheaper.

Would anyone be able to confirm whether a US-bought iPhone will be compatible with Vodafone in the UK ?

It seems the iPhone Xs models being sold in the UK (A2097) are different from those being sold in the US (A1920), see link: https://www.apple.com/lae/iphone/LTE/

Any help would be much appreciated !

You guys across the pond have similar LTE bands except for Band 71 (600 MHz), so I do not see any compatibility issues in that regard. Buy it SIM-Free to be safe.

If you buy it SIM free you won't have any problem...I am from Italy and I bought all my iPhones in the States (SIM free) and they always worked fine
