Buy iPhone??

Hello Mac Rumors...
I check this site everyday (My favorite after GameTrailers)
I'm from Saudi Arabia... I'm planning to get an iPhone next week
I'm planning to ask my brother (in the states) to send me one.
but what's the deal with 1.1.1 update??
when I buy an iPhone next week, is that update will be built in in the iPhone...
And what do you think, should I buy it next week or wait until everything clears out...
I can't wait anymore to get my iPhone, I'm really confused
and I want to ask, when you bought your iPhone did Apple Store asked for signing any agreement regarding the contract??
my brother is afraid that when he buy one for me, that he'll be charged for it!!
or maybe that SIM will be signed under his name... <<< he doesn't want that

Is it OK to get five iPhones in the same time?? (for me and friends)

please help me ....

If you have the option of waiting, I think it's probably a good idea to wait and let the dust settle.

It wont go down in his name, and I'd wait until the update is out especially if you're planning to unlock them like I guess you are.

I don't see anything wrong with buying 5 at a time now, it was only limited to 2 pp on iDay.

So if I buy 5 iPhones all of them won't be under my brother's name... phu that's a relief ...

About not updating it it really depends if something new comes out. Follow up on the updates and just check back here to see if the update has any effect on the unlock.
