Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue... I go into System preferences, manage iCloud, and then click "Buy More Storage..." button on top... It loads a small window, but it remains blank. I have to force quite system preferences to close it. I have logged in and out of icloud accounts, changed icloud accounts, spoken to apple support chat and phone, reinstalled MacOS, restarted, NVRAM clear... Nothing is changing this. It must be a bug?
