Buy OS X Mountain Lion from iPad

Hello,
I'm new to anything Apple. I have a question. Can you buy the full OS X Mountain Lion operating system from the app store using an iPad?

I just want to get a copy of the OS and install it on my PC. But I only know people with iPads.

the iPad uses a different app store than the Mac. You can only buy Mountain Lion from the Mac app store, not the IOS app store. Installing ML on a PC is against the EULA, and you need to make sure the PC hardware will work. Not all PCs will work with OSx, any version.
