Can you suggest me where to buy Apple parts for repairing iPhone, e.g. speakers, battery gasket, back chassis, ... ?
I know only iFixit.com but for example the chassis has no Apple logo.

Apple will only sell parts to AASP's (Apple Authorized Service Provider). Your best bet is someone like ifixit for internal parts and ebay for chassis/housing (plenty of them with Apple logos offered).

You can get parts from places like ETrade Supply. The product photos might not have Apple logo on the chassis, but the shipped part will. They don't want to get taken down by Apple's legal team.
