So I'm looking to buy a MBA 13'' base model and I live in Vancouver, Canada. I'm thinking of using my education discount and wondering which printers I can buy to use the $100 rebate. I don't want to pay more than $50 after the rebate. Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

In the US Education Store there are 3 printers listed as options when you configure your purchase. I have no idea about Canada. The following prices are with the education discount and before the rebate.

HP Deskjet 3054 All-in-One Printer (J610a) [Add $99.95]
HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer (C310a) [Add $199.95]
HP ENVY 100 e-All-in-One (D410a) [Add $249.95]

Thats the exact same as canadian one but the question that I wanted to know is how much rebate will you get back from those

You can add any printer that is listed under the rebate form, not just those 3 printers given as options.
I think you get $100 off the printers. It says "up to $100" because if there's a printer for $70, you'd get $70 off, not $100 off.

If that's the case then that's a pretty good deal to get a printer for practically free. Would apple ever do such a thing?

Yea I called them asking about it before. It's like how you can get a printer for $20 when you buy a cheap laptop from futureshop/bestbuy, except in Apple store you have to pay the premium for Apple laptop
