Buying a used macbook...questions

I might buy a macbook off someone but what happen if he has no bill...I mean what happen to the warranty issue???...still under a year but the warranty is under his name right??? do apple transfer warranty or there is no need for it???

Don't worry about it, unless he purchased it under ADC it should be under warranty.
