Buying Advice:the Best Configuration for 14”MBP?

My MBP late 2013, which has been used for 7 years, should be retired, and recently I want to buy a 14-inch MBP, mainly for daily use in medical research, and would like to seek your opinions.

Commonly used software: image / video processing, data analysis software like Adobe(PS AI AE..), Final Cut Pro, SPSS, R ,Windows virtual machine is required as well.

I’m tend to buy a 32GB/1Tb 14” Mbp(Apple M1 Pro with 10-core CPU, 14 OR 16-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine)

Could you please give me some advice?

Either laptop will be sufficient and a vast hardware upgrade. Your only concern is software and especially any windows requirements.
